All Central Library items are fully accessed and fall into three categories:
- Printed material, both in Greek and other languages, which includes :

- Audio-visual material such as:
- DVDs & CDs
- Video & sound recordings & Slides
- Computer Software (accompanying printed publications)
- Electronic material
The library participates in Heal-Link – the Hellenic Academic Library Network – and provides all members with electronic access to abstracts and articles from scientific periodicals printed by well-known publishers such as Elsevier Science, IEEE, Emerald, Springer, Kluver & MCB, etc.
