The Library was founded in 1973 and its resources meet the educational and research needs of all users - members within the T.E.I. community. It comprises:

• The Central Library and the Multi-copies Library, which are located on the ground floor of the central building block in Larissa Campus
• The Karditsa Branch Library, and
• The Trikala Branch Library.

The thematic areas covered by the library are: Information Technology, Economics, Environment, Education, Humanities, Law, Foreign Languages, Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Medicine, Engineering, Agriculture, Management, Architecture, Literature and Tourism.

There are also books on religion, arts, history, philosophy, geography, and literature, etc.
